Scanmotion Creates 360-Degree Product Photos for RP-Technik

For RP-Technik, Scanmotion created a large number of 360-degree product photos of lamps.

In addition to emergency exit lights, RP-Technik’s range also includes a variety of different types of lamps with LED technology, as well as a wider selection of new LED lights. For the completely different types of lamps and lights, several different methods of capture had to be found. Some lamps had to be ‘hung’ rather than placed as usual for a 360-degree shot. This was the only way to achieve a complete all-around capture in some cases. ‘Due to our long experience, the necessary steps for appropriate implementation were quickly found,’ says Mr. Sewerin, Managing Director of Scanmotion. For some lamp shots, impressive 360-degree product photos were created that even Scanmotion had never captured before. In addition to these LED lamps, numerous new LED light bulbs were also photographed. This allows customers to easily and comprehensively get an overview of whether and what new light bulbs are available for their old lamps. Due to the 360-degree technology, the light bulbs can be viewed comprehensively and picked up with the mouse. Better visual information would otherwise only be possible directly on-site at RP-Technik.

For years, Scanmotion has been creating 360-degree product photos / 360-degree images of products for online shops, apps, and many other applications. Scanmotion creates the 360-degree product photos ready to be integrated into the shop. The players for 360-degree product photos provided by Scanmotion allow viewing on any browser and mobile device without the user having to download additional software or an app. Products ranging from a few centimeters to refrigerator size are processed. In addition to 360-degree photography, Scanmotion often also provides print images at 300 dpi in the same order.
