We have various options regarding the background. As standard, we flash the items free. This is the most common approach. The background is then pure white. However, a shadow will usually remain around the product. Certain products such as glossy or white ones could make flash removal difficult or impossible.
As an alternative, we cut out the product images. The high-resolution images are on transparent backgrounds, so they can be freely used for other purposes, including print. We then deliver the web images with a pure white background in jpg format or according to your preferences. Up to about 4000 images per day can be cut out by us.
Yes. With 360-degree product photos, we not only deliver images already prepared for the web in the desired display size, but also provide all photos in high resolution (300 dpi) at no additional cost. This allows you to use these photos for other purposes as well, such as for print.

To display 360-degree images, an HTML5 player for 360-degree images must be integrated into the website. With our delivery, you will receive a free HTML5 player. You can integrate this into your website and call it up, for example, via iframe. The images are stored on your server.

- Through one of our long-standing partners, you can acquire a license player for 360-degree product images for a small fee. This player provides very smooth rotation even with few images and offers a wide range of customization options. You can see this player on our page for all 360-degree product photos. If needed, our partner will also be happy to integrate this into your website. The images are stored on your server.
- You don’t want to host the images on your server? We have a solution for that too. You can host the images with one of our partners on specially configured servers. To embed them, you use a simple HTML code. This way, you can also provide partners with the 360-degree product photos if needed.

We have various options. 360-degree product photos are usually taken in 1 axis, 360 degrees. Our technology allows, if needed, capturing 2 axes or even 4 axes. This way, you can, for example, additionally look inside a bag or check what kind of sole a shoe has.
We also offer full 3D of products of any kind. The product is freely movable and can be viewed from all sides, as well as from below and above. We offer this service in unlimited size. Ask us.
We have several sets for 360-degree product photos:
- Our standard sets allow a product weight of up to 60 kg.
- Need a bit more kg? Our sets for larger products allow up to 120 kg.
- Your product doesn’t stand on its own, like a lamp for example? Our special set for hanging products up to 20 kg is then the place for capturing.
We capture standing products from a few centimeters in size up to about 3 x 3 m. For such large products, please inquire in advance.
What if the item doesn’t fit into the listed weight classes? Inquire! We have other technologies and will surely find a solution.
For a 360-degree product photo, 24 images are typically taken nowadays. This is also our standard. Together with a good player, you get a smooth rotation.
Alternatively, we are happy to take 36, 48, or 72 images. If desired, even 360 images would be no problem for us. It’s entirely according to your wish.
Consider the number of images: Too many images increase loading time. We therefore recommend using no more than 36 or a maximum of 48 images. This, of course, doesn’t apply to special cases where loading time is not a factor.
Up to 9 axes of 360 degrees are feasible. Typically, 24 images are captured per axis. However, 36 images per axis are also possible, or if needed, even up to 360 images per axis.
This depends on our current order situation and, of course, the scope of your order. Smaller orders are usually completed in about a week. For large orders, this depends on the products and the order volume. At full capacity, when production is running simultaneously on all our sets, we can achieve up to about 10,000 shots per working day. Fully captured, optimized, and also cut out. For large orders, we usually deliver a corresponding number of finished 360-degree product photos every few days, as agreed.
We usually deliver to you through our WeTransfer account. Up to 20 GB if necessary. Free of charge for you. You will then receive a link and simply download your data. Alternatively, we are happy to deliver directly to your server via FTP. Regular customers can receive FTP access to our server if needed.
